Privacy notice
This notice explains the information used to provide flight search, booking request, payment confirmation, customer support, and booking status services.
Information used for a booking
We may process contact details, passenger names, dates of birth, travel-document information, itinerary selections, booking notes, and other details needed to search or complete a requested reservation.
How information is used
- Provide flight search and itinerary results
- Create and support booking requests
- Process and verify payment status
- Communicate booking updates and airline confirmation details
- Protect accounts, prevent abuse, and investigate technical or security incidents
- Meet operational, legal, accounting, and dispute-handling requirements
Saved booking drafts
If you choose to save progress and receive a reminder, the booking contact and selected trip are stored so the current booking can be resumed. This permission is not a general promotional mailing list subscription. A saved draft can be closed through its reminder link.
Cookies and browser storage
A session cookie is used to operate search, checkout, payment, booking-status, and administrative flows. A language-preference cookie may remain for up to 12 months. Browser local or session storage can hold a saved-draft access token and remember whether a marketing message has already been shown. These technologies support requested functions and interface preferences.
Website measurement
On public information and route pages, Google Analytics may receive page URLs, device and browser information, approximate location derived by the provider, and pseudonymous identifiers to help us understand website use. Analytics is not loaded on checkout, payment-return, confirmation, API, or control-panel pages. Available browser and consent controls may limit this collection. Do not include personal information in page URLs.
Technical and security information
IP address and browser or request information may be processed for order creation, rate limiting, authentication, troubleshooting, and security. Some audit records use a keyed hash of an IP address instead of storing the address directly.
Payments and service providers
Full payment-card credentials are handled by the payment service and are not stored by 24h.flights. Flight search and booking data may be transmitted to flight-distribution services, operating airlines, payment services, transactional-email services, and infrastructure providers when needed to perform the requested service.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect booking data, including encryption at rest and role-restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
Information may be retained for booking operations, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and applicable legal requirements. The applicable period depends on the data category, booking status, legal obligations, and jurisdiction. Saved-draft data is also subject to the draft-closing process described above.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other action concerning personal information. A request may require identity and booking verification before information is disclosed or changed.
Travel documents and email safety
Do not send full payment-card details or passwords by email. Send identity-document images only when specifically requested through an approved channel for a booking that requires them.
Updates to this notice
This notice may be updated when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears at the top of the page.
