Booking terms
These terms explain the assisted-booking workflow and the distinction between submitting payment and receiving a confirmed airline reservation.
Booking-request service
24h.flights provides flight search and a workflow for submitting a booking request. The operating airline provides the flight and controls its schedule, carriage, baggage, and fare rules.
Payment is not airline confirmation
A successful payment creates a paid booking request. It does not by itself issue a ticket or guarantee that the selected airline offer remains available.
The airline reservation is confirmed only after the booking process is completed and an airline booking reference is provided.
Availability and price changes
Airline offers can update or expire between search, checkout, and final booking. If the selected offer cannot be completed, the booking customer is contacted about available alternatives and the next steps before further action is taken.
Traveler information
The customer is responsible for entering passenger names, dates of birth, contact information, travel documents, and itinerary choices accurately. Passenger names and documents should match those used for travel. Costs caused by incorrect information may be governed by airline rules and the circumstances of the booking.
Passports, visas, and entry requirements
Travelers are responsible for checking passport validity, visas, transit requirements, health rules, and entry requirements with official government and airline sources. Search results do not confirm eligibility to travel.
Fare, baggage, change, and refund rules
The conditions attached to the final airline fare apply to the booked itinerary. Baggage, seat selection, changes, cancellations, refunds, and no-show treatment can differ by airline and fare. Review the available details before payment.
Fees and totals
Checkout shows the available airfare, booking and service fee, and any optional support fee as separate components before payment approval. The treatment of each component during a change or refund depends on accepted terms, airline rules, and applicable law.
Priority Booking Support
If selected at checkout, Priority Booking Support places the request ahead of standard requests in the internal review queue. It does not guarantee airline availability, completion of the booking, a response time, or faster action by an airline. The fee and its treatment during a change, cancellation, failed request, or refund must be reviewed under the terms accepted at checkout and applicable law.
Schedule changes and disruptions
Airlines may change schedules or cancel flights. Available rebooking or refund options depend on the airline’s policy, fare, itinerary, and applicable passenger protections.
Communication and booking status
Keep the 24h.flights Booking ID and booking emails. Contact details must remain accurate so important requests and airline confirmation information can be delivered.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse search, payment, booking-status, or administrative functions; attempt unauthorized access; submit false traveler information; or interfere with the service. Requests may be limited or rejected when needed to protect customers and systems.
Contact and policy relationship
The Privacy Notice explains personal-information handling. The Changes, Cancellations and Refunds page provides additional process information. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
